Despatch & Delivery

Despatch of your order will be within 24 hours of your payment being cleared.

We will email you once dispatch has occurred. Within New Zealand , all products are sent via Post Haste Couriers. Your unique tracking code will be emailed to you with details on how you can track your parcel. Please ensure someone is available to accept your package particularly as some supplements may be affected by heat.

Courier delivery generally delivers within 2 to 5 working days depending on your location. International orders are subject to location and shipping provider you require.

For all overseas orders, special arrangements will be made using New Zealand post air parcel service, this is to ensure customers of a prompt cost effective delivery.

Deliveries will be only made to actual street addresses not PO boxes.
