Terms and Conditions for shopping with Aussie Equine Supply's.

By purchasing products from Aussie Equine Supply's online (the Service) you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

1. Products displayed on the Aussie Equine Supply's Online Order shopping area can be securely purchased using PayPal or via credit card (Mastercard or  Visa)using our secure payment gateway.

2. All goods remain property of the Company until paid by the customer.

3. You will be asked to register as a member of aussieequinesupplys.com.au Your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout.

PRICING

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST. All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

SHIPPING

6. Delivery and freight charges are to be paid by the customer. The  shipping cost will be added to the order total at Checkout.

7. Payment is made at the end of the ordering process through one of our secure payment options. We do notcollect your financial information.

8. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the order payment being confirmed. Typically this is within 24 hours of a paid order being placed.

REFUNDS

10. We offer a full refund on products purchased and returned to us in original condition.

11. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

No financial information is taken by Aussie Equine Supply's so we don't transmit any sensitive information such as your credit card numbers  All payments are made through either Pay Pal or, for credit cards, our bank's secure payment gateway providing you with confidence in your financial transactions.
